coffee capsules sink problem
the coffee situation was a bit of a joke. apparently, coffee capsules for the machine are not a standard amenity, and i was told to buy them myself (as if i came on vacation to stock up on coffee supplies). the sink in my "garden view king patio room" also had a draining problem (i wonder if the plants are thirsty).

Really good Service and Activities
excellent service onsite activity delicious food
The staff offered excellent service throughout our stay. The concierge Oualid assisted with planning various activities. My children enjoyed karting, quad biking, paintball, and zip-lining on site. The beach grill restaurant had excellent food and reasonable prices.
The pool depth is shallow, so it's not suitable for adults who want to swim laps.

The resort is located on the Atlantic coast, offering direct beach access.. The lush green grounds provide a relaxing environment with well kept gardens and landscaping.

The breakfast offers a great variety of choices, catering to different tastes. Sel de mer restaurant provided an exquisite dining experience with fresh seafood and attentive service. I appreciated the variety of restaurants available on site.

excessive deposit sewage smell
The check-in process took more than thirty minutes. A large deposit on my credit card felt excessive. There was also a sewage smell in the bathroom, a unpleasant experience. The food options are overpriced, and I found no half-board option available. I felt I should have received some money back.
